Phillip developed a keen, early interest in photography, but family and business responsibilities delayed the realization of this passion for almost 30 years. In the past 18 years, however, Phillip has finally had the time to pursue this passion with a renewed zeal and has endeavored to continuously improve his skills.

Since he joined the PSA and started entering PSA-recognized International Exhibitions, Phillip has garnered many international accolades for his photography.
PSA Who’s Who with more than 60 top 10 rankings including # 1 Ranking 7 times.
 
Phillip is an advisor to The Chinese Canadian Photographic Society of Toronto (CCPST). He serves as an Assistant ROPA Director with the PSA. Phillip has also served as a judge in many PSA-recognized international exhibitions.
