Subrata Bhattacherjee's innate interest in photography led him to embark on a photographic journey from 2000. In 2003, he completed Diploma in photography from Dum Dum Foto Unit (India). In 2017, he gladly received FFIP from Federation of Indian Photography. He received EFIAP in 2018 and went on to become the salon secretary of an international salon held by Dum Dum Foto Unit. Meanwhile, he also completed an Image Analysis course from Photographic Society of America (PSA). In 2019, he achieved A.CPE distinction from Campina Photographic Exhibitions Society. Finally he earned his MPSA distinction in 2020 from Photographic Society of America (PSA). Presently he is serving as a faculty member in Dum Dum Foto Unit.
