HONORARY DISTINCTION
Hon.CPE

Peter Clark APSA GMPSA EFIAP/p FRPS

Country: England

My interest in photography spans over 35 years and for the past 30 years or so I have specialised exclusively in landscape photography in both monochrome print and, until the digital age dawned, colour slide, in both the British Isles, the South-western United States, Iceland and Italy. I fully embraced the digital age over 20 years ago after more than  20 years in the darkroom and now use Photoshop (CS6) as my digital darkroom in which I process my images as I would have done in the darkroom using multiple masked adjustment layers for local burning and dodging. My current interest is mainly in Photo Travel.
I have been a member of my local photographic society Cannock PS for over 35 years, a member of PSA (APSA, GMPSA) since 1994 and of the Royal Photographic Society (FRPS) since 1985.
I regularly judged at Club level and occasionally at National and International level and gave monochrome print lectures and Photoshop demonstrations to photographic clubs and societies around the country before retiring from the circuit in 2018 after 30 years’ service. I continue to be a regular exhibitor in International Salons (PSA) and have achieved over 4250 acceptances and many awards. I have exhibited in all PSA Divisions over the years with the exception of PJ and 3D.
