Born in 1945. I was the founder of Photo Art Society, Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia (PSBP) in 1986 and also its Vice President and Photographic Advisor till now.

I was invited by Founder/Life President of ICS International, USA, Mr.Tony Le Kim Thuan to assist in the promotion of ICS since the early 90s. I was the Vice President and Honorary Life Chairman of ICS/Affiliated Societies of USPA, SWAN, FMPA's Honor Award Committee.
I actively participated in international salon of photography in the mid 80s. When I retired from education service in the year 2000, I continued to serve in the photographic communities to promote the art nationally and internationally. To date, I was conferred a total of 73 Honorary titles/Distinctions from more than 20 countries. I received the 74th. title of HON.CPE from your club. It is a great honor for me.
