Klea Kyprianou was born in Morphou, Cyprus. She studied Legal Science first and later Social Theology at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. For many years she lived in Athens with her family but now she has returned to Cyprus and lives in Limassol. Photography has always been her passion and in recent years she has made photography courses and she is very much involved in this art. She is a member of the Cyprus Photographic Society and in 2018 she became a member of the Hellenic Photographic Society (HPS).    
Since 2014 she participates and in international photography competitions with many international successes.
For her contribution to photography, she was honored with the following titles: 
In 2015 with the AFIAP, in 2016 with the EFIAP, in 2018 with the  EFIAP/B, in 2019 with the EFIAP/S and in 2020 with the EFIAP/G by The International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP).    
In 2017 with the AHPS and the EHPS by the Hellenic Photographic Society (HPS) and in 2020 with the EHPS/B.  
In 2019 with the cMOL by Master of Light and with the A.ICS by Image Colleague Society (ICS), Use.   
In 2020 with the QPSA by Photographic Society of America (PSA) and with the GPU Aphrodite by Global Photographic Union (GPU). 
Also in 2020 with the G.APS from Agile Photographic Society (APS) Bangladesh and 2021 with the A.APS.     
She has also been honored with the distinctions HON.PESGSPC and GPA.PESGSPC in 2015 from Cyprus.           
In 2021, Campina Photo Exhibition Society honored her with the Hon.CPE.
