John Livoti is a retired Architect.

He got interested in photography 25 years ago. He learned his skills from a friend who had a black and white and color photo lab. He focused on landscape photography until moving to the Southwest. Living in the Southwest, he continued to do landscape and still life and monochrome. The desert offers many opportunities to photograph areas in the National Park Systems. 

He moved to the Southwest in 2011 and joined a local camera club, and became president of the club in 2013. He joined PSA in 2013. In 2017 he became the Southwest Area Membership Director and Star Membership Director of PSA.

He entered his first exhibitions in 2016 and has received over 2700 acceptances and awards to. 

He helped in forming the PSA Arizona Chapter and currently is the president. He also was president of the Arizona Camera Club Council. 

He has judged in many local clubs in Arizona and internationally.
