Hi everyone, this is Debanjan Das from Kolkata, India. Speaking about myself, I have completed my Masters degree in Statistics. Ever since my childhood, I have always been fascinated with the beauty of nature, especially Mountains, rivers, waterfalls and likewise. So, capturing the beauty of nature gives me immense joy and happiness. Also, the more you travel, the more you can explore new places, new people and their culture. My journey as a travel photographer started from 2018. Besides this, I love the aerial photography, because the aerial view gives a different perspective of that particular image. So, I started to explore this genre from 2022. 
I have won quite a number of National and International awards from various salons and competitions as well as photography exhibitions, which has helped me to boost my confidence initially. My work has been exhibited in 29 different countries. I have also secured the 3rd position in Youth Photographer of India organized by Federation of Indian Photography (FIP) in 2021 and 2nd position in 2023. Also, I have secured 3rd position in Ashokan Awards in 2022. My photographs have been featured in Viewfinder Magazine, Indian Photo Arts Magazine, Smart Photography Magazine (February - Instagram) as well as the annual edition of Photografeed Photo Association Of Barrackpore Magazine.
Currently holding photography distinctions of EFIP, IIG/p, IIG/s, E.NPS and Hon.CPE.
