I was born in Pontevedra (Spain). I owe my love for photography to my father since a very young age, analog and black / white times. Now retired, I dedicate myself to my great passion of traveling, photographing, meeting people, places ... and feeding the retina (which is very important to me). Visiting the most remote places in the world, photographing their nature and their people, is one of my current goals.
Currently, my photographic horizon is constantly expanding. My first inclination was as a nature, landscape and travel photographer. But I am currently increasing my interest in photograph people, street photography (with mobile especially), architecture and interior photography; as well as a more creative: minimalist and abstract photograph. In all of them I always try to understand and interpret the light correctly.
Recently I have reach the goal of 100th awarded images in International Contest around the world. My work has been awarded in several prestigious contests like Siena Awards, Memorial Maria Luisa, International Photography Awards, ND Awards, Guipuzcoa International, Campina, Onyx, etc.
