I am Bhaskar Athavale from INDIA. 
Initially photography was a hobby for me but now it’s a passion for me. My areas of interest are Nature – Birds / WL / Landscapes & Travel.  
My Gurus / Mentors – Devare & Vishwas sir pushed me to start participating in international competitions, hence started participating from 2015. 
 
On professional front, I am Instrumentation Engineer & work as a freelancer now. (After working for 25 years).

I am currently connected with Indian Photo academy, where I teach Basic photography. I love to share whatever little knowledge & experience I have in past 15 years. 

In this journey got few acknowledgements.

# Received Nat / Int distinctions – EFIAP, PPSA, GPU CR3, cMOL, ACPE, Hon APS, FFIP, APSI 

# Around 2300 International acceptances in 51 countries & 125 awards

# Got the BEST LANDSCAPE Trophy for the Year 2019 from photography society of india (PSI).

# I have been nominated as a Jury member in more than 12 International Salons.
