Born in 1973, I grew up at Barrackpore in the city of Joy. I am an Electrical Engineer, by profession, serving at Government of West Bengal and a Photographer by Passion. I haven’t learnt photography from any institute. At present I am Assistant Secretary of Barrackpore Photolovers’Association.

My first Camera was Kodak Kroma, used during college life. My first DSLR was Nikon 5100D, purchased in the year 2013.Now I am using Nikon Gears. In the year 2014, I was introduced to Barrackpore Photolovers’ Association where I came in touch with eminent photographers and from them I learnt a lot in Photography. I love to capture moments with Birds. I also love shooting in the street especially Children in different moods.

Entered into Salon Photography early 2016 under influence of Sri Dinabandhu Bhattacharya, Late Sri Bhaskardeb Mukhopadhyay (both my senior club members) and Sri Subrata Bysack. Till October 2021 I have earned around 4100 International Acceptances from 77 countries. Acting as Jury Member in different International Salons too.
