I was born in 1964 in Germany and I have spent most of my life in the pretty medieval northern city of Lübeck near the Baltic sea.
Photography has always been a big  part of my life since my childhood, instigated by my father. Over the years photography has stood in the background as my family and my job as a medical doctor demanded much of my time.
In 2018 I joined our local Club “Photographic Society of Lübeck” and I received a great support from Mister Ekkehard Retelsdorf. He encouraged me to participate in national and international exhibitions and his experience and patience helped me develop.
Step by step I learnt more and more and I received  acceptances and honorable mentions.
I like most aspects of photography, my favorite is the combination of photo travel, photography of special situations, people and landscapes.
