I have always been fond of photography. And I always remember how much I enjoyed experimenting with my camera, reading related articles, trying new techniques and using different kinds of films and filters, developing dozens of photos. All in an attempt to capture the beautiful - for my eyes – “right moments”. 

It was not until recently that I decided to put all the random practices and experimentations in a more technically correct basis by attending a series of photography lessons in 2017. Since then, I have attended several workshops and participated in six group exhibitions, becoming a member of the Cyprus Photographic Society in March 2018. 

What I came to learn through my experience with the art of photography is the way I now observe the world and appreciate tiny details I used to ignore. Most of all I cherish the joy every photographic experience makes me feel. I like to consider myself as an amateur photographer. I truly believe that my participation in various competitions, salons, exhibitions, photographic activities and events as well as the parallel earning of distinctions, artistic titles and memberships make me a better photographer. Through healthy competition one can only change and grow and develop ones potentials to the next level.

My motto… “Life is like camera, capture the good times and if things don’t work out try take another shot”.
