I am a retired telecommunication engineer and became interested in photography in the 70’s and joined my first camera club, Mid-Cheshire Camera Club in 1982 of which I am still a member.
I have always enjoyed the Natural World hence my main photographic interest is in the Nature field, especially the Big Cats of Africa and I have been fortunate to visit East Africa 24 times. I also enjoy other branches of photography, landscape, portraiture and sport. My first photographic distinction BPE1* was achieved in April 2010. Further levels of accreditation have followed at regular intervals all with Nature images to my present status of EFIAP/p, MPSA, FBPE, DPAGB.
Since entering the International Exhibition Salon Circuit in 2013 I have gained over 2500 acceptances and achieved awards from 255 different images To date I have exhibited in 44 countries of the world, achieving awards in most of those countries.
